Any home project's terms can be negotiated.  However, most home design contracts are done on Camano Island.

The Juggernaut is a functioning wood shop with no show room.  Shop visits are by appointment only as jobsites can be dangerous or toxic environments depending on work that is being completed.

All pieces from Juggernaut are guaranteed for life.  Any items needing repair can be done in shop.  Please contact Adam for shop time reservations as furniture will need to be dropped off the Juggernaut. 

50% due up front and the rest due upon completion

Deliveries can be made mostly anywhere in the PNW for a fee.  If  your furniture is a custom built in piece then delivery and installation will be discussed before deposit is taken.

Design time is built into the cost of the project.  Once pieces are signed off on then design adjustments are $50/hr

Any piece in need of cushions are designed with washability and clients customization in mind.  These items can be designed and built to include cushion costs unless otherwise specified.  

Furniture lead time is 2-9 months depending on complexity of the piece.  Home carpentry is based off of contractors projections.

Adam specializes in dark finished pieces using the Shou-sugi-ban method.  This stains, treats and seals the furniture. We prefer hand rubbed oil finishes with little to no VOC's.  Unless a specific finish is requested this is the method of finish.
